About Me
As the Director or Operations and Transaction Coordinator for both the New Hampshire and Boston teams, Shay serves as a liaison between the agents and their clients, title companies, and lenders. Shay is charged with the important responsibility of monitoring deadlines and being proactive in shepherding the transaction through to closing. Shay’s goal is to create a seamless experience for our clients by anticipating each step before it happens. Her detailed communication throughout the transaction helps our clients feel that they are in the most capable hands. In addition, Shay acts as Listing and Marketing Coordinator for the Boston-Metro team.
